"Sisters and Sequins began with a spark... and a sequin or two"

A year ago, I found myself feeling a bit lost in the blur of roles I play: mum, wife, businesswoman, friend, daughter. I was craving something just for me—something fun, meaningful, and full of connection. So I put on a pair of sparkly trousers, booked a table, and invited some women out for a night that had nothing to do with school runs, deadlines, or laundry. One person came that night (just one!)—but it lit a fire in me.

Since then, over 350 women have joined me for Ladies' Nights Out, paint parties, lunches and creative networking events. What started as a way to feel a little less alone has grown into something truly special—a vibrant community for women who want more than small talk. Women who want to connect, grow, and feel like themselves again.

The name Sisters and Sequins came from that very first night out—it's about sisterhood, sparkle, and celebrating ourselves exactly as we are.

Women thrive when we come together. It's as simple and as powerful as that.

When we're surrounded by people who truly see us, cheer us on, and remind us who we are—it changes everything. We feel braver, calmer, more confident. That kind of support doesn't just feel good—it's good for you. Studies show that strong female friendships and social connections can boost your mood, reduce stress, improve mental health, increase resilience, and even extend your life.

That's why Sisters and Sequins exists. This isn't just a calendar of events—it's a space where real friendships are formed, ideas are sparked, businesses are born, and women remember how much they matter.

As a qualified yoga teacher, coach, and someone who's spent decades exploring wellbeing and nutrition (while navigating menopause and ADHD myself), I bring all that wisdom and lived experience into everything I offer. Whether it's a paint party or a powerful conversation over lunch, I'm here to hold space for women to show up, speak up, and shine.

"Because every woman deserves to shine"
"You don't have to do this alone - and you don't have to be anyone but you"
